The website www.officemachines.in is owned and operated by K T International.

  • Use of this platform indicates acceptance of these Terms & Conditions
  • Services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under Indian law
  • Users under 18 years must use the website under parental or guardian supervision

3. Services

K T International provides B2B and B2C e-commerce services, where products are listed online for purchase.

4. Amendments

K T International reserves the right to:

  • Modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice
  • Changes become effective immediately upon posting

Continued use of the website means acceptance of updated Terms.

5. Charges

  • Membership is free for buyers
  • No charges for browsing or purchasing products
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • The company reserves the right to introduce or modify fees at any time

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled:

  • Before shipment: Full cancellation allowed
  • After shipment: Only Return to Origin (RTO) applicable

Cancellation Criteria:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Wrong product pricing or specification
  • Product out of stock
  • Non-serviceable delivery location
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

7. Returns & Replacement

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Report within 48 hours via email at sales@officemachines.in
  • Provide images of product and packaging

Eligible Cases:

  • Damaged or defective product
  • Wrong item / size / color / quantity
  • Product not matching description
  • Missing parts or accessories

Conditions:

  • Request within 3 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused
  • Must include:
    • Original packaging
    • Invoice
    • Accessories, manuals, warranty cards
  • Non-returnable items cannot be returned

8. Return Process

Reverse Pickup (Preferred)

  • Request via call/email within 3–4 days
  • Pickup arranged within 2–3 business days
  • Pack product securely with invoice attached

Self-Shipping (If pickup unavailable)

  • Share courier slip and bank details via email
  • Courier charges will be reimbursed after verification

9. Quality Check & Replacement

  • Products undergo quality check (2 days)
  • Replacement provided (subject to availability)
  • If rejected, product will be returned and re-shipping charges apply

10. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed based on payment method:

Online Payments

  • Processed within 2 business days
  • Credited within 2–4 business days

NEFT / Cheque

Send details to email:

  • Account Number
  • Account Holder Name
  • IFSC Code

Refund timeline:

  • Processed in 2 business days
  • Credited within 2–4 business days

11. Order Delivery

  • In-stock items: 3–4 business days dispatch
  • Special/out-of-stock items: up to 2 weeks

If the seller cannot fulfill the order:

  • Full refund within 15 business days

If delivery is delayed:

  • Customer will be informed
  • Option to continue or cancel order

12. International Shipping

Currently, we do not support international shipping.
