Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email from your registered email ID to sales@officemachines.in along with images of the damaged product and packaging.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • The product differs from the description
  • You received a wrong item / wrong color / wrong size / wrong quantity
  • There are missing parts or accessories

Conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
  • Damaged/defective items must be reported within 48 hours
  • The product must be unused
  • Must be returned in original condition with packaging
  • Include:
    • Original box/packaging
    • Price tags
    • User manual
    • Warranty card
    • Accessories
  • Invoice is mandatory
  • Items marked as “Non-returnable” are not eligible

Return Process

Option 1: Reverse Pickup (Preferred)

  • Inform us via call/email within 3–4 days
  • We will arrange a reverse pickup
  • Courier partner will pick up the product within 2–3 business days
  • Pack the product properly with brand packaging
  • Paste the invoice on the package

Option 2: Self-Shipping (If pickup unavailable)

If reverse pickup is not available in your area:

  • Send the product via India Post only to:

  • Share the courier slip and bank details via email:
    • Account Number
    • Account Holder Name
    • IFSC Code
  • Courier charges will be reimbursed after verification

Quality Check & Replacement

  • Once received, the product will undergo a quality check (2 business days)
  • If approved:
    • A replacement will be provided (subject to availability)
  • If rejected:
    • Product will be shipped back
    • Customer must bear re-shipping charges

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed based on the original payment method

Online Payments (Card / Net Banking / Wallets):

  • Processed within 2 business days
  • Reflected within 2–4 business days

NEFT / Cheque Payments:

Send the following details to sales@officemachines.in

  • Account Number
  • Account Holder Name
  • IFSC Code

Refund will be:

  • Processed in 2 business days
  • Credited within 2–4 business days
